Slippery elm powder may be mixed with food such as banana and yoghurt, making it suitable and easy to use for children.

Each 5g dose contains:

• Ulmus rubra (Slippery elm) dried bark 5g

INDICATIONS FOR USE

• A traditional ‘mucilaginous’ herb which may help to soothe an irritated or unsettled stomach.

DOSAGE Adults: Take 5g (1 heaped teaspoon) in 250mL of water three times daily. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
