How to Use:
Best consumed like a tonic - short and sharp. The more run down you are, the stronger you should mix it.
As a starting point - add 1-2 teaspoons (15g) to 100 ml of warm water and stir. If you find it too strong, simply add extra water and sip it like more of a traditional broth.
Consume once per day for preventative care or multiple times per day if you're feeling run down.
